Ryan Wyatt is an astrophysicist and Senior Director of Morrison Planetarium and Science Visualization at the California Academy of Sciences in the U.S. With over 30 years of experience in visualizing and producing planetarium shows, he is currently serving as Visiting Professor in Visual Scientific Communication at Linköping University and the Visualization Center C in Norrköping.
On Wednesday, May 14 at 6:00 PM, he’ll be visiting Curiosum for an engaging lecture and full-dome experience at Wisdome Umeå!
Join us for a one-of-a-kind journey through space! Ryan will take us from the International Space Station to the Cosmic Microwave Background, stopping at spacecraft, planets, and dying stars along the way. By exploring a virtual model of the Universe, we’ll uncover awe-inspiring discoveries, the limits of data, and the power of scientific visualization.
