Curiosum is for curious people of all ages. Children wishing to visit Curiosum alone, without an adult, must be at least 13 years old.

Exciting activities every day

In the Chemistry Lab: Agatha Densitata

Carry out a series of experiments about density and help the witch Agatha Densitata free her favourite animals, trapped inside a magical box. Can you crack the code and solve the mystery?

In the Technology Lab: Space Escape ALFA

In this exciting escape game, you’re the crew of Apollo 13. Your mission is to land on the Moon, but suddenly something goes wrong. You’ll need to work together to solve problems and make it safely back to Earth – but time is running out!

In the Makerspace: Reflectors and Light

Discover how reflectors work and make your very own. Perfect for staying visible on dark autumn evenings!

In Wisdome Umeå

Evening opening – NEW!

We’re extending the autumn half-term fun with evening opening on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On these days, we’ll be open until 20.00, with extra experiments, activities and opportunities to discover and explore for the whole family.

Curiosum Space family evening – Thursday 29 October

Welcome to a space-themed evening for children and adults who are fascinated by space. Join us for an exciting planetarium show and discover more about the Moon and Swedish astronaut Marcus Wandt’s journey to the International Space Station.
